Message	Neither. From what I've seen and heard with the 28/28's I believe they are not sized for optimum performance. I *think* the exhaust wheel and housing are mismatched, and therefore produce excessive heat at higher boost levels, and I also *think* that at higher boost levels they can cause reversion into the heads. The Sport 650's will require a bunch of supporting mods to make them truly usable. Cams/springs/retainers, tubular manifolds of some sort, down pipes, IC's, and more than likely 740 injectors. So, if you plan on doing all that, then you could give them a shot. However, I think that with the newer turbos available today there are better choices. The GT series turbos that GregD has been selling seem really nice as do the PE turbos that Chip is selling. I think a turbo from either of those vendors would be a better choice/bang for the buck.
